Zubair, Customer Support Manager Is an excellent Support Manager and was very helpful and after a few emails he has sent me the replacement parts very quick
I ordered the female shaver by mistake! Emailed them and no questions asked and they sent me the blade guards for a small fee. The shaver is brilliant probably the best I've had, does the lot! Brilliant product and fantastic customer service to help me out when I ordered incorrectly.
