SHIPPING & RETURNS

Estimated Shipping Times in the UK:

  • We provide our customers with two shipping options:

    1. Express Shipping (£1.99): Upon order fulfillment within 1 business day, the delivery is expected to arrive within 2 business days.

    2. Standard Shipping (Free): Upon order fulfillment within 2 business days, the delivery is anticipated to arrive within 4-8 business days.

We ship with  ROYAL MAIL, DHL, 4PX and YODEL carriers. 

PO Boxes may also require additional shipping costs.

 

We offer regular international shipping to most countries

  • Standard International Shipping: 8-15 business days
  • Please allow 1-2 business days for us to process your order 
Do I have to pay duties and taxes?
To create a better delivery experience for you, we ship all international orders Delivered Duty Paid (DDP). By shipping DDP, duties and taxes are collected directly at checkout so that your package is not stopped and held by customs.
Please note that duties and taxes assessed by customs vary by country and product.
How can I track my package?
Once your order has been fulfilled, you will receive an email from us with your tracking information. You can track the progress of your order directly on your GROOMHERE tracking page.
 
When will I receive my order?
We want you to receive your order as fast as possible!
International orders are typically delivered within 8 -14 business days once the order has been fulfilled. Once your order has been fulfilled, the estimated delivery date will be shown on your tracking page.
 
My package seems to have stopped moving.
If your package stops moving at any point, do not fret! It is still on its way to you and is likely just clearing customs. Occasionally, there may be delays due to customs or weather events. If this happens, your tracking page will be updated with the latest shipping status.

Returns 

We take pride in our products and want you to be happy using them. All of our products carry a 30-day return policy. If you are not satisfied with a product you purchased from Groomhere, you can return it for a refund within 30 days of your receipt of the product. GROOMHERE does not provide return shipping labels and does not cover the cost of return shipping or handling.

For products purchased from an authorized dealer, including Amazon, their return policy applies — please contact them directly for more information. To the extent allowed by applicable law, products purchased from an unauthorized retailer are not covered by our return policy.

If you wish to return part of your order, we will refund the purchase price of each item from your original order.

Returns Eligibility

If at any point in the first 30 days you decide that you're not 100% satisfied with your new products, return them for a refund—no questions asked. Simply contact us and someone from our team will be happy to help you process that request.

Blade Refills

All blade refills must be returned unopened in new condition. 

Shave Essentials & Skincare 

All consumable products including pre-shave oil, shaving cream, aftershave lotion, cleanser, moisturizer, and toner - must be at least three quarters full to be eligible for a refund.

GROOMHERE does not provide return shipping labels and does not cover the cost of return shipping or handling.

Our return policy is applicable only to orders placed on https://groomhere.co.uk/ .

How to Process a Return

  1. Fill out our contact form or email contact@groomhere.co.uk with your name, order number, and your request for a return or exchange, so we can confirm your eligibility for a return, and connect you with a support specialist.
  2. Place the items you would like to return back in the original packaging, with all components just as you received them.
  3. Make sure your name and order number are clearly visible within or on the return parcel so our returns warehouse can verify who the return is for.
  4.  Contact our customer service to get the return address.
  1. Email us a photo of your returned parcel’s shipment receipt or provide us with its active tracking number and we will process your refund.

Your funds will be deposited back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

 Exchanges

Exchanges can also only be made during the 30-day trial. If you want to get your item(s) swapped out, send us an email and we'll help you set up an exchange request. 

Products must be returned in like-new condition with the original packaging to be eligible for a refund. Consumable products (as listed above) must be at least three-quarters full to be eligible for an exchange.
