A beautiful razor for everyday use by every woman, I'm delighted!
Loved the old one despite the middle blade always breaking. First impressions of this newer version were good until it started covered my head with the silver paint that was flaking off. Already doesn’t cut as close and seems blunt and as you have to rinse the heads after use now and can’t effectively dry them, the blades stink of damp. In turn so does your head after using it. Didn’t realise I signed up for the replacement head every few weeks either which I wouldn’t have knowingly done, it got sent about a month ago and I’ve still been trying to find out where it is. With the last trim pod the customer service was excellent which is why I upgraded but this whole debacle has been a bit of a joke to be honest.
The Groom Here Lubricating Pre-Shave Oil is the best! The blend of oils is smooth but not greasy, and the vitamin E protects and repairs the skin nicely. I searched for a long time to find a product that fits my needs, and this is it! I'm shaving over tattoos, and this has eliminated the irritation I previously experienced. I have it on subscription, so I don't have to worry about not having it when I need it.
Got this to replace my last head and this one is even more amazing . I love that the top just comes off and is so much easier to clean. Totally recommend this!

I normally really like this head shaver and have always found the replacement blades work well\. Unfortunately, one section of this replacement head does not clip securely into place, so it constantly hangs open as shown in the photo\. This makes it difficult to use properly and appears to be a manufacturing fault\. Hopefully they can arrange a replacement\.

The item arrived and one of the clips have broke and doesn’t stay in and keeps flipping open white shaving my head.

Doesn’t cut hair at all and you keep sending the same cutter and it’s the worst I have ever used and put them straight in the bin when they arrive.

The last 3 replacement blade I've had get clogged up constantly. In doing so I have to dismantle to clear out. As a result clips and trims brake and I'm left with an incomplete trimmer. Also on the unit itself the chrome coating is coming off. Again. I've now started looking for a better solution.

The razor itself is brilliant. However this is now the second one I’ve purchased and the black covers keep coming off at the rear of the blade. It would be advisable if these could be strengthened in some way?

I am absolutely delighted to use it for the first time today literally right before this feedback. I will be honest with you I didn’t know something like this exists and it actually is this good. I didn’t use it after I bought it straight away as I thought all my other trimmers also have this and that until I gave it a try and my God it was so good. It was already charged aswell. For the lads out there ! Your little ones are totally safe and they will be thanking you after this. You do have to be careful not to use it a lot in one go, once the job is done! Time to clean it put it away, even if you are enjoying it cradle a little more 🤣. Also it’s waterproof! I am so happy to have bought this ! Never have I ever had this safe and a close shave feeling whilst grooming in the sensitive areas such as down there. Highly recommended!
