Great piece of kit - better than my older clipper type set up much it’s a much Closer Shave . The only thing I’d request is a number 2 comb for the attachment “clipper” head as number 3 not quite getting the desired length on my beard but no guard is too close and leaves it short… one for future development..?

Doesn’t trim/shave/cut the hair, I have to shave afterwards. I’ve used the oil etc. Done all the recommended that you should do and it’s honestly just rubbish. I’m not being horrible or dissing the company for any other reason than to say it just doesn’t work.

The blade I have is not as good as when I first got my groomhere. It takes much longer than previously, and I also have to go over my legs etc with a razor. I will be cancelling my subscription

I don't feel it gives the same level of sheave that the old, smaller head gives.....it seems to cut with less power, and you need to go over the same area several times to get it cut down fully. The old head also has it's flaws with the central blade disintegrating after a few cleans....far too fragile. I've had to have 3 of these blades sent out me with the same issue each time.

The shaver is very stylish and easy to grip wet or dry. The closeness isn’t quite as good as I’d hoped for, don’t get me wrong, it does shave well, but the advertisement are giving false impressions, because the ads show a lot of hair being removed quickly and super smooth, this isn’t the case, go too fast and you miss loads, I need to use a blade in places just for the desired finish. Also needed a replacement head due to the silver coating coming off, this was dispatched without any issues. Good customer services.
