I normally really like this head shaver and have always found the replacement blades work well\. Unfortunately, one section of this replacement head does not clip securely into place, so it constantly hangs open as shown in the photo\. This makes it difficult to use properly and appears to be a manufacturing fault\. Hopefully they can arrange a replacement\.

The last 3 replacement blade I've had get clogged up constantly. In doing so I have to dismantle to clear out. As a result clips and trims brake and I'm left with an incomplete trimmer.
Also on the unit itself the chrome coating is coming off. Again.
I've now started looking for a better solution.

Hello, this thing is very easy to use and convenient. But it's troublesome in the cleaning part. Now I take it apart and find it difficult to put it back. May I ask if there is no frequency or other way to put it back? Attached is the picture.
I have the floating blade on repeat order, it gives me a comfortable close shave in under 2 minutes and I also use the other attachments to attend to my goatee to keep it looking trim and healthy.
